Dr. (Mrs) Oyebola Olusola Ayeni was born in 1968 in Ibadan, Nigeria. She attended the Polytechnic Staff school Ibadan where she obtained the Primary School Leaving Certificate in 1979. She had her Secondary Education at Queens School Ibadan and obtained the West African School Certificate in 1985. Thereafter she proceeded to the Federal Government Girls College, Oyo where she obtained a Higher School Certificate in 1987. She gained admission to the Premier University, University of Ibadan in 1987and graduated in 1991 with a Bachelors' Degree in Educational Management (B.Ed). She bagged a Masters' and Doctorate Degrees in Educational Management (M.Ed & Ph.D) also at the University of Ibadan in 1994 and 2007 respectively.
Dr.(Mrs) Ayeni started her working career at the Bodma International School where she was the School Administrator between 1995-1997. She worked briefly at the BIB software Development Specialist as the Manager. She joined the Eduserve Consult Limited (the Proprietors of Lead City University)in 1998 and as Senior Programmes Officer and rose through the ranks to become the Programmes Director/Chief Executive Officer in the 2004. In the year 2005 Eduserve Consult Limited was granted an operational license for a private University and so the Lead City University commenced academic activities same year.
Dr.(Mrs) Ayeni was then appointed Registrar in April 2005. She has attended Conferences locally and internationally. Ibadan. She is a member of some academic and professional bodies such as Nigerian Association for Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP), Certified Marketing Communication Institute of Nigeria (CMCIN), Nigeria Institute of Management Chartered (MNIM), Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria (MINC) among others. She has published in some reputable local and International Journals. She is married with children.
