Scholars who wish to present at the Conference can send in their Abstracts to the undersigned on or before 20th February 2012. Authors of Abstracts accepted for presentation will be notified on or before 24th February, 2012. Articles could be accepted if they are outside of the sub-themes but are wiithin the main theme. Full papers should be sent in latest by 12th March, 2012. This tight time-tabling recognizes that many authors would have concluded or submitted their papers earlier than now, consonant to the previous schedule. It is extremely imperative for all members in the International Relations academe to contribute to efforts to achieve a sustainable revival of our society by actively attending and participating at this coming conference.
